You will be part of a team of highly skilled engineers with responsibility to develop the test automation framework for Volvo. The team provide feedback to help all involved teams and trains in the organization to make decision on ECU SW quality through automated test executions.
You will have a special responsibility in the team to work with data mining and data analysis to create dashboards that provide the rest of the organization with information related to testing and test results.
This position offers opportunity to work in a global and multicultural work-environment. Furthermore, this position offers possibilities of not only interacting with our experts and engineers across different organizations within the Volvo Group but also networking and collaborating with academia, research institutes and other industrial entities.

The mission of the Base SW Group within Electrical and Electronics Architecture at Vehicle Technology is to provide best in class embedded software platform & technologies, that enable's software-driven transport solutions for Volvo. We believe in "Software-Defined Everything" and strive to be in the forefront. We foster teamwork and collaboration with continuous improvement mind-set.
We are responsible for the complete life cycle, from strategy to maintenance of the on-board base SW platform which also implies that the group explores/uses both latest technology and tools as well as matured technology and tools. We have the product and technical ownership of the on-board base SW platform delivered by the team. We also design, build, and support the test automation framework used by all SW teams in the organization.
Who are you?
M.Sc in Data Analytics, Software Engineering, or equivalent
A person passionate about data mining and data analysis
Service mindset to provide a good framework and user-friendly dashboards
Programmer in Python and C
Experience working with data analytics and creating dashboards
Experience working with SW testing and CANoe
Experience working in agile teams
Self-driven and eager to learn
