Who are you?
To strengthen our organization, we are recruiting a passionate product owner for the embedded software platform team. The team develops and integrates platform SW which consists of autosar components in our ECU running RTOS and a graphical part running Yocto and Qt/QML. There is close cooperation with HW team and suppliers. The team also develops the system that enables continuous integration and deployment.
You will have operational responsibility for the team delivery and that will require prioritization and leadership skills. You will be responsible to maintain the team backlog and to contribute to roadmaps where the key business needs and technology enablers will guide the work to be done by the team. You will also help the team to define the program increment objectives that will add value to our customers.
You will act as an interface towards stakeholders with a positive attitude. You have a strong personal drive and motivation with ability to take initiative and deliver in a dynamic and changing environment. It is important for us that you have a strong sense of teamwork and work well with other people.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer-, Software-, Electrical engineering or equivalent
Experience as a Product Owner in an agile setup
Embedded software development knowledge and experience
Experience with autosar and embedded software platform development
Knowledge of software components integration into ECU hardware
Experience in the automotive industry
Excellent communication skills
