UCG/ Radio Support is a consulting company specialized in support to the telecom and electronics industry. Mostly in the design/verification and test/industrializing areas. We have an office at Kista in northern Stockholm but are operating all over Sweden.
Our client is looking for a highly skilled and experienced embedded software developer that has hardware knowledge and interest.
Job description:
The work will include development and maintenance of software loaders. Loader software is run directly from the RAM memory on the hardware, there is no operating system to work with on this level. The work done in this team is typically carried out early in the projects on the first prototypes of the products.
Required skills:
Master of Science in computer science, software engineering, electronic engineering or equivalent.
Experience in following areas is wanted:
• Professional experience of C/C++ programming in embedded systems
• Real time programming; have a deep understanding on the demands that a time
critical system requires.
• Hardware knowledge/interest, for example ARM knowledge and/or Ericsson phone
platforms
• Software debug tools for example Lauterbach Trace32
• Assembler programming
• ClearCase
Location: Lund
