Dina arbetsuppgifterAs an Electronic Test and Measurement Support Engineer, you will be working in the electronics division. Your objective will be to provide remote pre and post sales technical support to external customers and strategic partners.
Your main responsibilities:
• Be responsible for interfacing with existing or potential customers, sales and/or service representatives to handle a variety of general information, pre-sales or post-sales enquiries of a technical and occasional non-technical nature.
• Provide timely and effective remote pre and post sales technical support, solving technical problems of varied scope and complexity.
• Close cooperation with Agilent's product and software divisions, to ensure timely management and resolution of technical cases.
• Evaluate and qualify further the customer needs and route the call appropriately within the organisation.
• Update customer information in Agilent's internal systems.
• Leverage post sales interactions with customers to probe and qualify further revenue opportunities.
• May book transactional sales opportunities and provides highly qualified leads to the sales organisation.
Utbildning och erfarenhetWe are looking for a person with the following qualifications, experience and skills:
• University degree or equivalent in Electronic / Communications Engineering
• Up to 2 years related experience.
• Previous experience working in Test and Measurement related businesses
SKILLS:
• Finnish, Swedish and English language skills.
• Solid understanding of electronic test and measurement fundamentals.
• Basic understanding of wireless technologies for example GSM, W-CDMA, WiMAX
• Basic understanding of the generation, demodulation and analysis of digital communication signals.
• Basic programming skills applied in a T&M environment using programming languages such as VEE, LabView, Matlab and Visual Basic.
• Basic understanding of RF/MW fundamentals with practical lab experience using RF/MW test equipment.
• Basic understanding of IT networks and infrastructure, knowledge of MS Office suite, CRM customer database, Oracle and Siebel systems.
