YOU WILL
We are riding the waves of innovation while shaping the future of electric mobility, and our board is just the tip of the iceberg. Within the Radinn jetboard you'll find a state-of-the-art IoT platform and software developed from Firmware, from the APP to the Cloud, as well as cutting-edge hardware design-all created in-house. The Electric Speed Controller (ESC), BMS (Battery Management System), and Wireless Remote were developed from scratch by the Radinn team.
You will be responsible of leading a team of three Electrical engineers and support with your expertise for our current products, but also within new product development. Your tasks will be of variety and with a wide range, and you will be involved in the entire development process, such as technical pre-studies, requirements management, concept development and design to production. You will work in close collaboration with the Software and Platform Teams, and report to Radinn's Chief Digital Officer.
Further responsibilities include:
• ESC development
• Battery Pack development / BMS Development
• Wireless Remote development (BLE)
• Lithium-ion cell Test and Evaluation
YOU ARE
We expect you to have a MS or BS degree in electrical engineering or similar and several years of experience within the field, this could include knowledge of hardware architecture design and experience working with electric motor control systems. We believe you like working with varied tasks and with complex products, from concept development and electrical design to production. Experience of product development and electrical circuit boards is highly meritorious.
We believe in dedicated team players with a can-do attitude, and we believe that you are curious and learn quickly. You are a good communicator and good at interacting with colleagues within the company as well as with external contractors. Since we are a growing high-tech company, flexibility and a problem-solving mindset will be important. This means that you have that entrepreneur mindset with the drive of fixing the issues that might arise hands on and communicate that into the organization. Ability to take decisions under pressure in a fast-paced environment is also important. You are also fluent in English, written and spoken.
