About the group

The group you will be a part of is a member of the value creation team (VCT) energy storage and is contributing to several teams in and on the side of the VCT. Examples of your tasks include designing electric and mechanical safety concepts for battery systems installed in vehicles, evaluating high-voltage components within the system, working with safety for mechanical crash safety concepts, being a part of the design of test rigs and test set-ups for tests in the field of electrical safety.

You will also design and test safety concepts, measure and understand electrical components and their limits, analyze results, and write test specifications and reports. Your profile

You have both practical and theoretical skills and a degree in electrical or mechanical engineering. You will have had a few years' experience of working in, or near the field of electronics and ideally being involved with control units. You will also be familiar with product development processes for electronic or mechatronic systems. Maybe you are working in another area within R&D and want to evolve within a new exciting area!

• You have previously been a part of development work and are familiar with test set-ups, and measuring instruments and used Matlab and other tools.
• You are curious and able to take the initiative. You can manage your work independently and you also like working in a team and contributing to the group's deliverables.
