Your experience in Electric Vehicle Propulsion engineering would be invaluable to us both in concept work and when working with current designs for increased customer satisfaction.

Your contribution
Electric Vehicle Propulsion, a part of the Polestar R&D Department, is a team with a mission to deliver results which exceed the customers' expectations. Your responsibilities will be:
• Being the technical source of electric vehicle propulsion design.
• Requirement engineering regarding Performance, Life Cycle, Efficiency, EMC, Thermal and Mechanical and others.
• System design and balancing the different requirements.
• Supplier and contractors evaluations.
• Project management, cost and time planning.
Essentially, you keeping an eye on future electric vehicle propulsions will ensure that Polestar is striving for an exceptional customer experience within this area.

You have a strong wish to create the future of electric vehicles - it's probably fair to call you an EV nerd. You are enthusiastic, motivated, well-organized and driven. You're not afraid to try new approaches and unconventional methods, and you work well both individually and as part of a team. You have a holistic view, including vision, business, and customers.
