The story of Peas of Heaven began when brothers Marcus and Lucas Karlsson took over their family's 100-year-old sausage business and decided to go vegan. Launched in 2018, they strive to make it easy for people to eat less meat, with flavorful everyday products made of peas. Their vision is to make the best plant-based products on the market.
We are looking for a Ekonomi Assistant to support the CFO on our growth journey.
Work you'll do
The role is broad and requires a flexible mindset and a hands-on attitude. The work focusses on the following tasks:
• Preparing sales and margin analysis on a customer, market, and product level to provide critical insight into key value drivers for the business.
• Manage the customer invoicing and rebate process.
• Work with the CFO and sales management in setting up new customers both in the Sweden and in other European markets.
• Support the CFO delivering timely financial statements to the management team and investors.
Qualifications / capabilities
A graduate degree with a focus on finance or equivalent with excellent academic results.
A good understanding of accounting and an interest in financial analysis.
Driven, curious, ability to learn and a self-starter.
Open to taking increasing responsibility and developing own ideas
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Strong MS Excel and BI skills required and previous exposure to SPCS/SPSS an advantage
A flexible attitude and can handle stress in a positive way as we sometimes work with short deadlines
