We are looking for an engaged and collaborative professional who loves working with hardware components and being a part of a fun team.
Who Are We?
We are the Embedded Electronic System (EES) function which is a part of the Technology organization at Volvo Construction Equipment. We are EES Operator Platform & EE HW and we develop and maintain the EES Hardware (HW) palette and Software Frameworks for embedded systems. In our HW palette we have display control modules, electronic control units and sensors. Our components are the machine's backbone which enables highest efficiency of the machine.
What We Offer?
Our team consists of a variety of cross-functional professionals like EE HW Engineers, Embedded Software Engineers and Product owner s within the EES Operator Platform & EE HW.
As an EE HW Lead Engineer, you will be involved in several interesting activities like release management and life cycle responsibility of EES HW. Collaborate with cross functional teams, work close with the suppliers, secure and support implementation of HW components in our Volvo CE products.
You will collaborate and inspire the HW team and plan, coordinate and secure team deliveries.

Who Are You?
You are structured, organized, highly supportive with a great team spirit. You are also having great communication and planning skills.
You have shown an inspiring attitude towards your co-workers and your job. You are an open and creative person with a can-do attitude. You are fluent in English, both written and spoken, and you either speak Swedish or you are eager to learn.
You have a deeper understanding of electronic components like display control modules and electronic control units which you have gained from working in the industry or from relevant education in the Electrical and Electronics Engineering area.
