As an eCommerce Data Analyst at Tiger of Sweden, you will play a crucial role in shaping the brand's digital success by leveraging data insights to drive customer-centric strategies. Your responsibilities will encompass a spectrum of activities, focusing on customer behaviour analysis, sales and marketing optimisation, personalisation, and customer segmentation, with a holistic view of overall reporting. The Data Analyst will report to the Head of Ecommerce and work closely with the eCommerce and Digital Marketing Team. Close collaboration with Marketing, IT and Customer Service is also required.

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Study customer behaviour, preferences and patterns across the eCommerce and CRM landscape to evaluate their influences and purchasing decisions.

• Analyse Sales and Marketing campaigns to improve future planning and communication to ultimately increase conversion and revenue.

• Segment and personalise customers based on their behaviour and preferences for future optimization or AB testing.

• Analyse historical data to predict future demands and behaviour from our Tiger Society members to support inventory management.

• Identify pain points and areas of improvement within on site UX.

• Execute strategies and tests to increase customer activation, retention and loyalty.

• Create reports and recommendations with data visualisations based on weekly, quarterly, and annual trading reviews.

• Conduct quantitative and qualitative research e.g., brand research and consumer focus groups.

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

• 2+ years within an analysis role.

• Proficiency in analytic tools and communicating large data sets to the wider business.

• Experience in data cleaning and preparing data for analysis.

• Understanding of customer behaviour, sales cycles and marketing strategies within eCommerce and CRM.

• Background in DTC digital business.

• Awareness of relevant KPIs in eCommerce and CRM.

• An individual who enjoys identifying issues and solving problems through data driven approaches.

• An enthusiastic team player who enjoys collaboration with cross functional teams.

• Values great customer experience and service.

• Enjoys communicating complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders

TOOLS & SYSTEMS

• Knowledge of eCommerce ecosystem.

• Email Marketing Software such as Voyado, Braze, SF Marketing Cloud.

• Data Visualisation tools such as Tableau, BI.

• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office.

• Experience of Google Analytics.
