Join Our Team as an End-to-End System Performance Manager.
This role belongs to the Development and Technology organization and it's accountable for the consolidation of a system performance and quality agenda across the entire company.
The position is permanent and ideally based in Lund, Sweden or in Modena, Italy.
What you will do
As System Performance Manager you will:
Build and maintain a tool for consolidating the Unit's quality plans, connecting them with the company strategic direction as well as linking them with company quality targets.
Evolve and propose key system performance & quality indicators that represent customer view across Processing-Packaging-Services.
Drive a joint definition of a system performance & quality intelligence to identify and suggest required improvement areas.
Build a company system performance & quality improvement agenda and a follow up mechanism.
Drive a cross Unit network (System Performance Network) with quality representative from each Unit, to secure a joint approach and impact across the organization.
We believe you have
Good understanding of Tetra Pak value chain and portfolio.
Good understanding of how different Units shall contribute to overall quality.
Deep expertise of performance management, including indicator setting, breakdown and systematic follow up.
Good knowledge and expertise of continuous improvement methods, tools, and techniques.
As our successful candidate, you have an ability to simplify the big picture and connections with operational details. You also have a strong attitude in interacting/influencing senior stakeholders and a high level of energy and enthusiasm to fuel transformational initiatives, inspiring teams to persevere through challenges and embrace change. Furthermore, you have a comfortability in dealing with uncertainty and moving targets as well as being comfortable speaking up and being able to disagree and commit. We want you to have an ability to challenge status quo with a constructive and dynamic mind set. At last, we believe you are curious in exploring technological opportunities to improve and speed up intelligence analysis.
Because being a truly global position, of course a very good command of English, both written and verbal is a must.
