The role works in Site Optimization team within Sales department. The role will play a key role, in driving the web improvement and growing strategy. You will work closely with multifunction within organization, including sales, product, communication, web design and IT development. With your strong analytical skills, together with our big data, you and team will bring the best ideas into final development and tangible business results.
You will work with:
• Evaluate with internal and external stakeholders (e.g. product team, web design, delivery team and IT development) about the business ideas and suggestions, and create good hypothesis.
• Health check and maintenance of systems, e.g. GTM.
• Design and lead tests, e.g. A/B testing.
• Analyze the outcome of tests.
• Work with stakeholders and management, to drive decision and development in system.
Your Profile
To succeed in this role we think you have minimum 2 years' equivalent experience. You are analytical and want to drive the best business results. We will drive out a lot of test, you should have good structure and management skill to keep track all initiatives in parallel.
We want you to have experience of working with:
• HTML, CSS and JavaScript
• GTM and Google Analytics
Prefer if you have engineering, Science, or Economics background.
