Key Job Functions:
• Provide daily support for the ERP system regarding troubleshooting application issues, performance problems and other preventative maintenance procedures.
• Provide guidance and support assistance to end-users in resolving technical or application issues.
• Be responsible for training Dynamics AX users globally to increase their knowledge of the system.
• Position will manage the Biotage Application Centre for Dynamics AX application by providing support to Dynamics AX users all through the Company globally.
• Responds to and diagnoses problems through discussions with end-users in regards to Dynamics AX 2009 and related packages. Establish and maintain system monitoring of the Dynamics AX environment.
• Apply patches and validate pre-requisites as necessary into the designated Dynamics AX environments. Be our primary speaking partner to the Dynamics AX provider. Maintain system documentation.
• Be responsible for the development and maintenance of ERP system and Business Intelligence systems currently and going forward within the Company. Evaluate ERP strategy constantly to ensure the system is equivalent to corporate needs.
• Be able to assist ordinary IT-support when necessary.
• Additional duties as assigned
Qualification:
• Minimum three years working experience with ERP systems, Microsoft Axapta preferred.
• Experience of working with Microsoft SQL server, Windows server, and supporting Microsoft network.
• Experience of project management and user training
• Excellent communication, planning and organizational skills.
• Essential to fully master English and Swedish in writing and verbal communication.
