hela Sverige DUNC Solution PIDS (Product Introduction Deployment and Support) is part of DU Network Functions and Cloud within Business Unit Cloud and IP.
As a member of the Technical Solution Management function, you will be focusing on network level deployment and support of e2e solutions like VoLTE and VoWifi including the evolution to Network Function Virtualization (NFV).
This will be a senior technical lead role within the DU and will be an excellent career path to higher technical job stages. The role also gives fantastic opportunity to be exposed to various functions across the DUs as well as to DU Leadership team.
• Lead and perform technical analysis of key customer deployment solutions;
• Implement and maintain a knowledge base of solution deployment competence, actively drive the knowledge transfer from PIDS into Regions;
• Secure network troubleshooting and monitoring tools and guidelines to support seamless deployment and support of e2e solutions;
• Provide e2e troubleshooting and fault isolation expertise to BUGS Support for solution level issues seen in customer networks.
• Drive resolution of network level technical issues in customer networks in close cooperation with deployment and support teams in associated PDUs and Regional Solution Architects;
• Drive special technical task force operations for selected customer or regions to mitigate major product and services deficiencies;
• Communicate special task force and improvement programs to customers C-level suite and when needed represent Ericsson on technical customer workshops;
• Facilitating and leading cross unit product and services improvement programs towards PIDS, PDUs, Product Lines, Services and Regions.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience Requirements
• BSc level in a technical discipline or the equivalent level of knowledge
• Open minded, positive, flexible team player and a master of handling many tasks in parallel.
• Strong proven track record with technical leadership within DU (e.g. product/solution development) and/or in BUGS/Region (e.g. Lead SA in customer deployment projects).
• Experience with customer interaction and ability to interact with C-level contacts
• Excellent communication, networking and presentation skills, able to translate customer demands into action and complex technical explanations into eye opener presentations.
• Customer oriented, business focused and technical skilled (Good sense to find several alternative solutions for different solution or network level issues considering both technical excellence and hard business needs)
• Aimed to reaching agreed results and pro-active way of working
• Experience in Operator understanding, business intelligence and competitor analysis
