Global Marketing
We are looking for our new DTC Marketing Manager, Global Marketing for Atos Medical in Hörby. You will report to the Marketing Director and work independently with country MDs and marketing managers to implement and develop Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) marketing in Atos. You will be an important contributor within the Global Marketing team and will lead our execution of DTC initiatives.
The work includes:
• Overall owner of DTC marketing initiatives incl. commercialization of our DTC channel
• Ensure development and implementation of a DTC marketing model across Atos
• Develop campaigns and campaigning strategies that maximize ROI within our DTC channel
• Work closely and independently with local countries to develop and implement DTC initiatives
• Setup target and KPIS for DTC activities
• Ensure tracking of impact from DTC activities and follow-up on business cases
• Conduct consumer segmentation and targeting based on extensive data sets
• Own and determine right communication to consumer segments
• Lead online campaigning through digital channels e.g. website, apps etc.
• Ensure development and utilization of digital campaigns and channels, e.g. online lead generation
• Analyze DTC performance, report and be able present to management
• Based on analyses, ensure correct patient product usage through targeted campaigns
• Ensure high sense of urgency and follow-through on DTC agenda
Education and experiences
• M.Sc. in Marketing/Business Administration or similar
• 4-6 years of working experiences as Marketing/Product/Brand manager from an international company. Preferably, within the Medical Device industry and/or within Consumer marketing.
• Deep knowledge and marketing toolbox and track record of implementing such with local countries stakeholders
• Solid understanding of consumer marketing and relevant channels and communication
• Experience and track record of creating impact and results from own, individual work in smaller companies, clearly defined projects or departments
• Operational and pragmatic work attitude, not afraid to roll-up the sleeves
Traveling: Considerable amount of travel needed (up to 60 days/year)
