In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
• Lead and drive complex change activities in areas related to Risk, Data, Governance and Control
What is needed in this role:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field,
• Extensive knowledge in areas related to risk, governance and control in the financial industry
• Previous experience from management positions in change processes, strategic work, data and risk management, internal governance, auditing and implementation of complex frameworks as well as IT solutions in complex organisations
• Specific experience in areas such as BCBS239, 3lines of defence, recovery and resolution and other regulatory requirements is a benefit
• Communication management skills with a collaborative mindset. Strong ability to communicate and interact with stakeholders throughout the organisation
• This is a senior role, requiring extensive experience from the financial industry with focus on governance of Risk Control functions and implementation of Gl11 (former 44)
