We are looking for a star to the Analytics and Planning team within Service Center at Klarna. We are rapidly expanding into new markets and continuously growing in our existing markets. Therefore we need to increase our brain trust capacity and analytical ability - Are you up for the challenge?

As a Business Analyst you will be responsible for keeping track on operational performance, identify improvement opportunities, drive root cause analysis, and identify trends. You will also be an expert for all managers within Service Center to optimize operational performance.

To fit the job you most probably like working with big data and are comfortable with advanced statistical software e.g. SAS. You have experience from various databases, scripting languages, powerquery, power pivot, cube/tabular technology, cognos, and of course are an excel junkie. You are good when it comes to quickly understand complex issues and have a strong analytical mindset.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor degree in economics or quantitative field (eg. IT, Math, Engineering or equivalent)
• Experience of analyzing large data sets and running statistical analysis
• Comfortable with SQL and databases
• Passion for solving business problems and ability to effectively challenge the status quo

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience from independently driving projects and initiatives and leading people
• Programming skills
• Experience working with ARIMA models
