hela Sverige The department Controls Driveline are responsible for development of control solutions on complete driveline level as well as internal control solutions for transmissions and axles. We work with the complete development cycle from requirement to implementation and calibration in machine. Currently we are involved in a number of big and challenging development projects and need to strengthen our organization for the future.
Job description:
You will work as a development engineer with focus on functional development of control algorithms and SW. The job includes everything from requirement management to design and implementation of new functions and control algorithms in C-code or Model based design with Matlab/Simulink. You will also take part of development testing in model in the loop environment, HW in the loop test rigs, driveline test cells and in complete machines in close cooperation with our calibration and test engineers.
The end application is heavy machines such as wheel loaders, articulated haulers, motor graders and trucks. The work is based on close cooperation with complete machine developers and is carried out in cross functional projects with representation from both electronic system and mechanical design.
The job requires a broad mechatronic approach with understanding of both the mechanical design of the transmissions, engines and other parts of the driveline systems. It also requires knowledge and experience regarding SW development for embedded systems.

Qualifications:
• Master or Bachelor of Science within the areas of Mechatronics, SW-engineering, Electronics, Mechanical engineering or similar.
• Experience from development of transmissions, driveline systems or other mechatronic systems.
• Knowledge in controls, SW-development, model based function development, simulation, mechatronics, signal processing, sensors and actuators etc.
• Ability to plan, take own initiatives and work independently as well as a team member
• Good communication skills in English are a requirement. Proficiency in Swedish is desirable.
