The group Digital Workspace within IT is delivering an end-to-end IT environment for the entire workforce of Ericsson. We are responsible for the services closest to the user like the laptops, phones, networks, Office clients etc. Our team is responsible for delivering a state-of-the-art collaboration and document management environment impacting the everyday work life for more than 100 000 users.

We are now looking for a domain architect to join our team. As a domain architect, you and the other architects and product managers in the team, are responsible for setting and implementing the architecture for the digital workspace. We provide a broad range of products and technologies to cater for the different needs of all user groups. Most of the office workers are on the Microsoft 365 platform, OpenText Documentum and DocuSign. Other users within R&D are using collaboration tools from Atlassian like Jira, Confluence and Slack.

To be successful in this role you need to be experienced in leading and guiding development teams in an outsourced complex system landscape with rapid change. You should have experience in modern web technologies and in IT security principles and standards. You need great communication skills, people skills and be good at building strong relationships on all levels. You should have the passion to win, a can-do attitude together with proven ability to convert strategy into action. You need a proven ability to balance constant conflicting priorities and manage stakeholder's escalations.

You will be part of a team of product managers, delivery managers and business engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Understand the organization-wide needs, assess options, produce organization-wide design, deliverables and roadmaps.
• Design domain model and principles and work closely with solution architects
• Guide and lead development teams in the domain on architecture and integration
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and business partners to understand business process/functions/capabilities
• Drive compliance of security and architecture requirements

Key competences

• Microsoft/Office 365, OpenText Documentum, DocuSign, Atlassian Jira/Confluence, Slack
• Strong knowledge of AGILE/SCRUM/SAFE processes
• Product management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven experience in mentoring and coaching team members
• Proven ability to convert strategy to action and delivering results
• Strong stakeholder and end user orientation

Qualifications & experience requirements

Degree in Engineering or IT

6 years+ IT Architecture experience
