hela Sverige The Document Group at Klarna is responsible for content, layout and delivery of transaction documents. The group is a part of the Operational Excellence and Development department, whose main purpose is to improve Klarna's operations both strategically and operationally.
Your mission will be to ensure world-class transaction documents (invoices, account statements, etc) to consumers and merchants in all of Klarna's markets. You will develop, implement and quality assure new documents and improve existing communication, and work with both paper send-outs and e-mail transactional communication. You will program all logic relating to variables that will define the layout and presentation of documents and maintain and support existing documents and workflows.

You have good communication skills and enjoy working with many stakeholders and thrive in a dynamic environment.
Required Qualifications
• Technical interest and at least some experience from GMC Inspire, other document composition software, HTML, CSS or similar
• Thorough, with a quality mindset, attention to details and good at getting things done in an efficient way
• Oral and written presentation and communication skills in English
Preferred Qualifications
• Knowledge and experience of document composition related software (GMC Inspire or equivalent)
• Experience and knowledge of document composition
• Experience from XML-input and HTML or CSS programming
• Familiarity with SQL and Unix/Linux
• Experience from working with many different stakeholders
• Understanding of version control and data integrity principles
• Relevant academic degree
