Your mission
As our Divisional HR Business Partner, you'll be instrumental in shaping the People and Leadership strategy for our Attachments division. Your role will be pivotal in driving HR initiatives aligned with our business objectives, ensuring our workforce is ready for the challenges of tomorrow. You'll spearhead the integration of recently acquired companies, while championing diversity, inclusion, and fostering a culture of psychological safety, continuous learning and development.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Support the VP People & Leadership in creating the people strategy for the division, aligned with the overall divisional objectives and ensuring workforce readiness for the future challenges.

Drive the division towards data-driven decision-making by designing and implementing robust processes and procedures.

Act as a partner and go to person for HR support for acquired companies, fostering collaboration and synergy.

Provide expert advice to key stakeholders of the division, namely the division management team in generic HR topics.

Lead diversity and inclusion initiatives, promoting a sense of belonging among employees.

Continue with the integration of Stanley Infrastructure coordinating the relevant resources and workstreams.
Support the M&A process, either through leading the HR due diligence process of potential target companies or supporting in the design of the integration plan.

Foster an environment of continuous learning and promote people performance and development processes to create a transparent and motivated working environment.

Be responsible for the divisional HR reports and monitor KPIs, doing a close follow up of the division metrics and prepare HR divisional reports.


Your profile
We are looking for an experienced professional with previous senior HR experience, gained through several years of experience from operational HR roles with a proven track record of creating tangible business results. It is also expected to have a University degree or equivalent experience in HR, Organizational Management or a related field. English skills both oral and in writing, is critical.

You understand the business and firmly believe that people are our biggest assets, therefore understanding the correlation between people performance and business results. You believe in empowerment and accountability and have the ability to see the big picture maintaining a good control over details.
A successful candidate should have previous experience of independently driving HR initiatives from start to end, preferably in a global environment. Additional, is expected experience of working within Inclusion and Diversity, Leadership development, Organizational Design and Competence development. Experience from M&A's is a clear benefit.

You are self-driven and proactive with a pragmatic approach and a solution-oriented with a "can-do" mindset. To succeed in this role, we believe in a team player with great organizational and communication skills and someone that leads by example, respecting and promoting organizational values and ethical standards.

Location and travel
The position is based in Sweden, preferably in Stockholm, however other locations can be considered. Occasional international travel will be required.
