A Klarna Product Director:
• is someone you love to work with, whether you are a senior stakeholder or a service agent with diverse backgrounds from both business and technical point of view.
• is an expert obsessed with high and low-level details. A Klarna product director is obsessed with quality and details when it matters, and there are no -
compromises in quality, if it has an impact on the customer experience.
• is technically well-versed and is used to work with an agile development team.
• learns from mistakes and has no problem admitting to them.
• uses data to make decisions
• gets things done.
Furthermore you have multiple years of product management experience, building and delivering products. You need to have experience from working with backend systems. Your deep technical understanding is a foundation to build upon. At the same time you are as good as a sales person in pitching your product to customers and stakeholders. And you know how to discuss strategy with the leadership.
