hela Sverige Visa alla jobb hos Living Consulting Group AB i Danderyd Your role is a Director of Projects, evaluates, selects and applies advanced design and technical methods, with responsibility for project assignments including conceptual, design development, production and coordination through construction documents which may be multiple, large or complex in scope and in the field of hospitality and High end private residences.
Overall responsibilities inherent in this key role and challenging one are:
• to oversee all the project management tasks,
• Enhance and achieve new opportunity through a strong business development skills.
• coordinat2 the projects in hands as well as offer client support and consultant coordination of services,
• Manage the dynamic and complex Interior Design business development and,
• Manage agreements with client, consultants, sub-consultants and suppliers,
• overview and follow up on construction and coordination works of hospitality 5 stars projects and high end residential, which transcend typical managerial lines and require a high degree of specialized knowledge of project management, thus ensuring the efficient execution and completion of projects in conformity with requirements, building standards, regulations and budgetary limits.
• Other responsibilities involve the supervision and coordination of all members of the design and procurement team, including Interior Designers, Architects, Orders and procurement.
• Be a great strategic planner and innovative thinker who can produce revenue- generating ideas.
• Lead staff in the implementation of project strategies.
• Comfortable with change and working in unknown and fast changing situations.
• You shall have good sense of color, Interior design and be fully proficient in the MS office package and other management programs.
• You must be able to understand the major operation fluency from management, representing the company in the face of the clients, potential ones as well as existing in addition to suppliers. You also muct be able to grasb and absorb the fact that Living Design is really the no. 1 ID company in Scandinavia.
• You must be able to translate client's demands, as well as have your own initiative and be able to grow inside the company and as a part of the team.
• You must be able to make Presentations and must demonstrate an excellent negotiation skills & problem solving skills.
Position Background:
For our projects in Dubai, and the ME, we are looking for a high profile project director to oversee design, planning and follow up on construction site, liaise with the different project consultants and be a part of the executive management.
Responsibilities:
• To oversee and coordinate all the project management tasks for all projects,
• Manage the dynamic and complex Interior Design business development and,
• Master agreements with client and suppliers/ services provider & consultants,
• Overview and follow up on construction and coordination works of hospitality 5 stars projects and high end residential.
• Other responsibilities involve the supervision and coordination of all members of the design and procurement team, including ID.
• Be a great strategic planner and innovative thinker who can produce revenue- generating ideas.
• Lead staff in the implementation of project strategies.
The successful candidate should comply with the following;
• Possess the Arabic Language as essential requirement in addition to the English.
• A professional degree in construction management or Interior Design and full proficiency in Primavera & MS Project.
• A sound understanding of interior design, architecture or a related discipline
• Min 5 years of relevant experience with top project portfolio
• Experience in all phases of a project including conceptual, schematic design, design development and contract documents
• Good practice of management acquired through project management.
• Tactical sense of sales for pursuing business development and your openness to take such task as part of your management.
• Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, lighting and acoustics as well as other consultancy services.
• A skilled leader and motivator you will be comfortable working with a multicultural team within a Swedish environment.
• Strong PC skills are essential with a good knowledge of CAD.
