Services provided to date include individual coaching of top executives, workshops for public relations specialists, in house workshops for managers and employees, public and in house lectures, and online workshops and lectures.
Director of Marketing and Business Development
The director of marketing and business development is responsible for several fields of activity. The marketing activities include conventional marketing activities to rebuild the company's network of lectures and workshops in the Swedish marketplace, to deepen the penetration of the European market by the company's executive training program, to expand the reach of the company's public relations consulting to the NGO market surround European institutions (Brussels, Strasbourg, Switzerland), and to establish parallel activities in the U.S. and North American markets. In addition, this position will be responsible for creating an aggressive social marketing campaign to complement every aspect of the conventional marketing activities, including the planning and organization of print, image, and audiovisual materials to be used in a marketing campaign across the range of social media. The business development activities include, but are not limited to, exploring possibilities for providing consulting services in related fields (e.g., communications, public relations, government relations), in Sweden, greater Scandinavia, Europe, and the United States. These activities may include providing services directly, adding new personnel to provide new services, and forming strategic partnerships with related service providers.
The candidate should be a dynamic young professional who has already demonstrated competency in the fields of conventional marketing, marketing through social media, sales and promotional activities, and developing and managing small and service related businesses. This post requires high entrepreneurial skills, social media savvy, and experience doing business in both the United States and in Scandinavia. The candidate should be someone who works well independently, takes initiative, and seeks to expand his or her role of activity as much as possible, i.e. someone who functions as though he or she is building up his or her own business. Excellent people skills, organization, and drive are a must.
