ResponsibilitiesPlan and manage all aspects of event hosting, from speaker recruitment to attendee sign-upProvide expert presentations and advice to clients in the financial services / technology sectorsDrive growth, profitability, and company valueCo-develop the firm's vision, values and strategyManage a sales pipeline, negotiate and close dealsAlign people and budget resources against strategic business prioritiesProactively mitigate business, operational, and governance risksDesired Background & ExperienceExperience at a top management consulting firm (McKinsey, BCG, Bain)Success building and growing a new company or product(s) in the financial technology or financial services sectorExperience working for both large corporations and growth-scale companies in the financial services sectorTrack record of building and developing high caliber teams from the ground upProgram management experience, ensuring that deadlines are met and operations run effectively and efficientlyExcellent written and spoken EnglishMust be willing to travel up to 30% of time
