We are approximately 350 employees supporting Volvo Group in 60 countries worldwide. Our property footprint consists of some 1000 sites, both leased and owned. We manage all types of properties: dealers, workshops, offices, warehouses, production facilities and more.
In Gothenburg, Volvo Group Real Estate is leading the Campus Lundby program, creating a unique center for development of transport solutions. Campus Lundby will be characterized by openness and room for internal as well as external partnerships, and thereby take an active part in the development of the City of Gothenburg.
Director Program Work for Campus Lundby, Volvo Group Real Estate
Would you like to contribute to one of Gothenburg's largest Real Estate projects? Are you interested in taking an important role in not only building a new Campus, but also to contribute in changing the way we work within Volvo Group? Do you have experience from program work and complex projects within the Real Estate construction area? If so, this might be the position you have been waiting for!
As Director Program Work Campus Lundby...
You will be a part of the team in the Program Office and responsible for the Program Work of Campus Lundby. You will lead early studies and concept work before the Pre-engineering phase. In the Program Work it is essential to highlight possibilities and to abate obstacles to secure the project's success in the next project phases. You will lead architects and other consultants and coordinate with other project members and stake holders. Within the Campus Lundby program there are many related projects and together with the Campus Lundby team, you make sure all projects are running as needed to safeguard the success of the Campus Lundby program. In the Campus Lundby team you will work together with other competences and departments such as Construction, Communication, Business Control, VGRE Center of Expertise, Human Resources, IPS (Indirect Products & Services, our colleagues at purchasing) and others and you will report to our VP Campus Lundby.
We want the Campus Lundby to be as successful as possible, and you will be a team key player when it comes to the change journey we are doing within the Volvo group.

Who are you?
As a person you are a project leader, preferably in the early stages of projects. You are used to handle many things at one time, you know how to prioritize and have been responsible for large real estate projects in the past.
You are "customer focused", can evaluate different interests in a project and drive for result. You like to collaborate to solve complex challenges and problems. You inspire confidence and have ability to build good relationships.

To be able to deliver in this position we think you should have some previous experiences...
We take for granted that you have extensive experience from property development, planning and implementing large construction projects including city planning and that you have good leadership skills.
You have a Master of Science/MBA or the equivalent combination of education, training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities. Since we work in a global environment it is important to have a highly fluent knowledge of English language both written and oral.
