Are you looking for a strategically important position in an organisation with strong growth and profitability targets?
As Director Business Development you will establish the business development governance structure and set strategic directions to actively and efficiently support Business Unit Dairy, Beverage & Prepared Food (BUDBF) growth ambitions. You will work across the Category Business Development organizations to develop synergies, best practises and tools. The role includes the responsibility for our Product Development Centre in Lund and our Technical Sales & Service activities as well as developing strategic partnerships with suppliers and driving our improvement activities in response to the Customer Satisfaction survey. As the organisations is new you will need to have a clear focus on getting the team, consisting of 13 people with 8 direct reports, functioning and ready to deliver.
You will:
• Determine BUDBF regional strategies and adjust business model to market needs / potential
• Develop the use of competitor intelligence within BUDBF and provide Category Business Development with relevant and useful information in cooperation with Tetra Pak Processing Systems Business and Competitor intelligence team
• Develop our Product Development Centres to become a strategic enabler to grow the business and support Tetra Pak -Processing Systems ambition to be a strategic partner for our customers in the development of their products
• Drive the development and deployment of BUDBF Technical Sales & Services portfolio in close cooperation with the clusters
• Drive action plans to improve customer satisfaction and our partnership with market clusters
• Actively drive BUDBF product strategy

Kvalifikationer
We believe that you have excellent leadership skills with a clear ability to build a new department and drive the required change that follows. You also have strong management skills and a strong personal drive that makes you consistently delivers on commitments. Good communication skills with ability to engage people and convey the bigger picture is a must.
The successful candidate will have strong management experience probably working within sales management. If you have process understanding and/or knowledge from Technical Sales & Services this will be highly beneficial.
