Do you want to work with the latest technology with exciting challenges in our truly global environment? Do you want to drive the Volvo Group Product Cyber Security (PCS) department and create customer value by ensuring cyber-secure product solutions? Is leading the department and enabling the people to continually develop in key competence areas a genuine passion for you? Now we are looking for you - our next Director of Product Cyber Security to join us at our lovely Lindholmen office in Gothenburg!
We, at Digital Engineering, are on a mission to drive the digitalization journey for Group Trucks Technology. We work tight together with stakeholders across several Business Areas and Truck Divisions. Within our responsibilities, we are driving the development of tools and methods to improve the overall R&D efficiency and enable the digitalization of the company. We also deliver R&D unique infrastructure to support our product development and ensures that reporting is done according to set rules and standards to be compliant with legislations.
You will be leading the work across R&D to:
Your main responsibilities are to develop & maintain PCS Cyber Security Management System and set the PCS vision & strategy, and X-F coordination.
You will manage PCS Incident Response coordination and PCS Coordination of Vulnerability Disclosure, run PCS Cyber Threat Intelligence and PCS Risk Consolidation, and enhance PCS IT tools. Also, you will drive PCS platform solutions, manage PCS External Collaborations and build & maintain PCS culture & training programs. And of course, to lead and develop the department building knowledge and keep evolving in key competence areas!

We are looking for you, a seasonal leader with 7+ years of experience in product development and manager experience. A good understanding of Product Cyber Security legislation for Automotive. You have a master's degree in Engineering or related IT field, as well as great presentation skills, and excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
