Would you like to work with our internal IT function, secure that we have IT system's that supports our staff in their daily work. We strongly believe that IT should support our employees and adopt to our needs.
We are looking for a Digital Workplace, DWP, Demand Manager that has a passion for client IT and has the flexibility to support our staff, put clear demands on our suppliers and lead IT projects.
You will be part of the Way of Working Excellence team, responsible for internal IT together with a Digital Workplace Operations Manager within WirelessCar. Work in close collaboration with relevant stakeholders to secure that we have an IT environment that support our staff with the right tools in the right time.
The scope of work & responsibilities
• Put clear demands on our IT suppliers (Client, HW, Telephony, software etc)
• Budget, forecast and follow up of IT cost related to DWP
• Secure that we have competitive IT equipment to offer to our staff
• Secure an efficient Tech Fund (Our Employees can choose HW)
• Responsible for tactical planning of IT and part of strategy work
• Plan and present needed IT investments to Executives
• Support our global setup (Sweden, China, US and Germany)

Who are you?
We believe that you are a flexible person that have a passion to support our staff with the best IT environment. This role will cover the overall responsibility for all our Digital Workplace (DWP) related Hardware and Software. This means that you will work close together with our DWP suppliers; with follow up, demand, finance etc. This to secure that we have an efficient DWP environment.
We are a small demand organization that needs the capabilities to buy the right services from our suppliers, be near our employees to understand needs and create demands towards our suppliers to meet our needs.
The role will also initiate activities and small projects, sometimes also drive, to secure that WirelessCar have an effective Digital Workplace.
We expect that you have at least 5 years of experience in client IT and been in a demand position. Understanding Client IT both from a holistic view and can discuss on details when needed. You find solutions and secure that we implement these in the best way together with our suppliers, always in an agile way.
