What will you do?
We are not looking for someone to agree with us. We want someone who can challenge us when it comes to the costs and benefits of our digital transformation initiatives. You will be responsible for creating tools enabling efficient monitoring & progress tracking of our projects in this area. You will also secure the highest possible quality of business cases as well as consolidating Stena Line's overall IT & Digital Transformation budget in close cooperation with our financial department. As Digital Transformation Controller you will also play a major part in planning & updating our digital roadmap in collaboration with our Transformation Leads, making sure that the financial impact is aligned with our budget & strategy. In addition to this you will work closely with the Finance department to lead the digitalization of their processes.
In this role you will belong to our Finance department and report to our CFO, but work in close cooperation with our Transformation department with a dotted line to our Head of Digital Strategy.
Some of your key responsibilities:
• Controlling & budget follow up of Stena Line's IT costs and Transformation area in collaboration with Stena IT and Finance
• Follow-up and report on portfolio performance of transformation initiatives
• Ensure that all business cases within digital transformation are based on robust financial analysis and follow up business impact
• Follow-up and report on strategic achievement plans
• Collaborate with Transformation Managers on financial planning and follow up of digital business development initiatives
• Take part in digital business development of Stena Line's Finance processes together with representatives from Stena Line Finance & Stena IT
• Together with Head of Digital Strategy develop a digital roadmap, plan and execute initiatives with robust business cases and continuously follow up development, timelines & business impact within finance
• Manage Stena Lines strategy achievement program (SAP) for all business areas

The must-have's:
• B.Sc in Economy or equivalent, preferably an MBA or M.Sc
• 5 years of relevant work experience in a larger organisation, preferably controlling
• Experience in project accounting and good knowledge in different financial systems
• Experience from Digital Transformation processes and projects
• Fluent in English, written and spoken
