You have a background with IAM to back up the decisions you make, but preferably you also have knowledge on the following:

Cloud Based Identity
Identity Governance and Administration
Role Based Access Management
Authentication/Authorization (token, MFA)
IDaaS
Identity Provisioning for Cloud Platforms
SAML, Open-ID connect, Oauth
PowerShell, Python
