THE OATLY WAY

We are the world's original and largest oat drink company. For over 25 years, we have exclusively focused on developing expertise around oats: a global power crop with inherent properties suited for sustainability and human health. Our commitment to oats has resulted in core technical advancements that enabled us to unlock the breadth of the dairy portfolio, including alternatives to milks, ice cream, yogurt, cooking creams, and spreads. Headquartered in Malmö, Sweden, the Oatly brand is available in more than 20 countries globally.

WHY WORK WITH OATLY?

Guess what! Our Business Technology department is growing. As more and more people choose to switch to a plant-based diet for the sake of their health and the planet, Oatly is driving this change in the food industry. We believe that all our people are contributing to this quest. So if you're getting a tingly feeling reading this, and think your are the person who, in collaboration with stakeholders and agile teams, can create a compelling shared ERP vision and prioritize work to achieve that vision, you should definitely keep reading...

THAT'S WHERE YOU COME IN

As a Digital Product Owner D365, you will be responsible for the roadmap within your digital product and secure its alignment with business needs, Business Technology and Enterprise Architecture roadmap.

In this role you will:

• Work closely with our Enterprise Architects, other Product Owners and stakeholders to influence strategic decisions and the broader roadmap.
• Represent the customer towards the team
• Plan and prioritize work for the development team by evaluating business needs, stakeholder requirements and feasibility.
• Be responsible for release planning for your designated digital products.
• Be responsible for securing that application documentation is delivered according to QA standards and policies.
• Manage the expectations of stakeholders and the business, and communicating effectively with both during all digital product development.
• Maximizing the return of investment for your digital product.
• Have an overview and be responsible for the budget together with functional leaders within Business Technology.
• Provide summaries for management and executive leadership review.

But, you know. These are just the things we can think of right now! This might be the job today, but tomorrow brings more change, so being light on your feet and willing to embrace the unknown is a verrrrrry big help.

You will be a part of our Business Technology Department and report to our VP Digital Product and PMO. You will be based at Malmö HQ and occasionally visit our manufacturing sites in the different regions.

NOW THAT YOU ARE CURIOUS ABOUT THE ROLE; DO YOU THINK IT'S A MATCH?

You've read about the role and now your imagination is flying at full speed. Here are the qualities we're looking for... do you recognize them in yourself?

We believe that you are a self-starter, willing to collaborate and drive change. You are an analytical thinker with a strong attention to details who clearly communicates complex concepts to technical and functional audiences. Though, you solve problems (and seek help and guidance when needed, of course) and look at the results and not just the bullet points in the job description. As a Digital Product Owner you build relationships and lead cross-functional and cross-regional teams. You stay calm and focused even if the road gets bumpy.

To be successful in this role we believe that you have:

• A bachelor degree, great if it is within Computer Science or other relevant areas.

• Experience from working with agile methods and tools.
• 5+ years of experience working with Microsoft D365/Microsoft AX 2012. Either as Product Manager/Product Owner or in a similar role or in a role where you have been managing ERP teams.
• 5+ years of experience from leading others (i.e leading a team or working as a project leader).
• 5+ years industry experience from FMCG and/or Manufacturing.
• Experience from managing complex projects & programmes (considering time, cost and quality)
• Experience and/or knowledge from surrounding eco-systems (i.e MES, LIMS, CMMS, QMS, WMS)
• Experience from budgeting and forecasting.
• Fluency in English, spoken and written.

It's a plus if you have:

• Fluency in Swedish, spoken and written

• Experience from working in an international matrix organization

• Led large-scale ERP implementations

At Oatly, things are evolving and changing fast and we are looking for colleagues who enjoy and thrive in this everchanging environment. Together we build and grow, are you up for the challenge?

Finally, we hope that you share our values and have a great interest to carry out our mission in order to make the world a little bit better.

JOIN US!

We welcome people from all backgrounds who see sustainability and health as important values. If you have the curiosity, passion and collaborative spirit, work with us, and let's do this together! It will be fun! Promise!

This is an ongoing process, so send your application as soon as possible, and no later than 2022-04-06.
