Tetra Pak Global Information Management (Global IM) supports the Tetra Pak Group with all aspects of Information Management. We set the information management strategy and standards and work together with Tetra Pak's Global Process Owners to automate our business processes as well as digitalize our products and services, making sure we run projects & services that provide the greatest value for Tetra Pak and its customers. Global IM has approx. 800 employees in four main sites: Chakan in India, Lund in Sweden, Denton in the USA and in Singapore.
We are now looking for a Digital PrePress IT System Analyst who will be working in projects and service as lead analyst of our Design Management IT Systems Service. You will be part of a global team maintaining and developing Tetra Pak's digital prepress systems and technologies.
As Digital PrePress IT System Analyst you will contribute, prioritise and be part of the overall IT Architecture structure of our Design Management Systems Service.
You will have a leading role in establishing an architecture within our area aligned with the Business, Digital & IT Strategy and be part of Tetra Pak's digital journey.
This position is based in Lund, Sweden, but you will work in a global arena.
What you will do
As Digital PrePress IT System Analyst you will:
Prepare and Implement Architecture to support the business roadmaps within the area Order Fulfilment Packaging Material Design Handling & Digital Prepress.
Proactively follow industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to support and influence Business Strategy within our area of domain.
Work together with business and other IT peers in the process to maintain and Develop future state architecture.
Coordinate and coach other Digital Prepress IT Analysts within continuous improvement projects and operational service work within the service delivery area.
Identify continuous improvements to the Design Management Systems Service that support business processes and internal GIM processes.
Who you are
We believe you are an analytical, self-motivated, and proactive person with strong communication skills. You are customer focused and have the ability to collaborate with people from different cultures and time zones. You have a strong drive for results as well as strong technical skills and experiences.
We believe you have:
At least 5-10 years of graphical experience within Packaging Digital Prepress Industry.
Experience of leading IT projects/ service.
Knowledge of IT Service Operations.
Knowledge of Design Management/ Digital Prepress process systems with focus on ESKO platforms, tools and applications.
Fluent in English, both verbally and written is a must.
