SCA is currently searching for recent graduates in Marketing, Business Administration or similar fields to start in fall 2016. Selected candidates will participate in SCA’s two-year Graduate On-boarding Program within the organization.
We are currently offering a Digital Marketing Graduate Program for our Incontinence Care division (TENA). The global TENA brand is a world leader in Incontinence Care products and services. Sales exceed EUR 1 bn and the global market share is 25%. TENA is currently sold in more than 90 countries to both consumers through retailers, and to health care providers, and in some countries TENA products are sold on the web.
If you are interested in gaining work experience and entering the field of Digital Marketing, then this GO! Program will help you build a strong understanding of how primarily the B2C market works and what skills you will need to develop in order to grow and evolve. You will be exposed to and work with our partners in coordinating efforts related to Search Engine Optimization, Search Engine Marketing (Google, Bing), YouTube, Social Media and how to support our partners in selling our products via their on-line sales channels.
Responsibilities
During the 24 month GO! Program you will have the opportunity to learn how consumers/on-line shoppers activities occur online and offline within the SCA ecosystem, including partners. You will participate in projects/activities related to extending reach, improving conversion and optimizing consumer experiences. Building knowledge in relevant platforms for monitoring, analyzing and identifying opportunities for improvements will enable you to gain an understanding of SCA and our competitors’ products, positioning, and promotional activities, as well as market and industry trends.

What we are looking for?
Work experience is not required, but appropriate internships are an advantage. Having obtained a Bachelor’s OR Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent, achieved no later than 18 months ago will be a prerequisite. Your level of English and the language of the country for which you are applying, needs to be fluent. Finally, availability for traveling may be required for the SCA GO! Program.
