hela Sverige For our client we are looking for a Digital Channels Manager.
Reporting directly to the Director, Digital Marketing Platforms & Tools, the Digital Channels Manager will have a proven track record of executing customer acquisition, retention, and reactivation strategies to drive the global business forward. The ideal candidate will create a plan and business cases that will affect our customers technology stack to advance the performance of Email, Mobile Applications, Notifications and Search programs globally and to establish benchmarks for KPIs, champion best practices across the organization, implement program frameworks to execute testing methodologies that provide our brands with valuable insights on program/campaign performance and consumer data.
Key responsibilities of this role include: create a strategy and lead the programs by enabling campaign executions in partnership with cross-functional teams including data sciences, ecommerce, creative, marketing, communication. In addition, this role will work along-side the global digital marketing counterparts and will be responsible for implementation of best practices to drive the business forward.
Responsibilities:
Strategy
Ownership of the email marketing strategy to support enterprise across all business units
Ownership of the mobile applications & notification marketing strategy to support enterprise across all business units
Ownership of the search marketing strategy to support enterprise across all business units
Manage email, notification and search program performance reporting to provide data driven recommendations for future program deployments
Develop and manage dynamic customer journeys (welcome, abandon cart, win-back etc.) as well as trigger programs to improve the customer experience.
Help guide personalization, segmentation, targeting, and lead nurture strategies
Oversee acquisition strategy through onsite capture, promotions and other marketing channels
Monitor email and notification deliverability
Requirements
5-7 years' experience in a similar role - preferably within a global company
Experience supporting teams managing, creating, and deploying campaigns.
Experience working with enterprise level CRM systems.
Comfortable working in partnership with multifunctional teams across large enterprise environment
Deep understanding of digital marketing channels and their role in the overall marketing mix
Excellent communication skills and working with cross functional teams
Positive attitude, strong work ethic and the ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic work environment.
Ability to build and maintain relationships
Strong organization and prioritization skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proactive self-starter with ability to use own initiative
