We are on an exciting journey to develop the area within Digital Analytics to work more data-driven, and we are currently looking for a curious and motivated Technical Implementation Specialist with experience in digital analytics, CRO & digital platforms. Are you who we are looking for?

It's the perfect time to join our Analytics & Customer Value competence area. The competence area is built up of highly skilled Digital Analysts, Data Analysts, Business Analysts, Customer Value Specialists and Data Scientists who, together with the business, drive our digital and agile transformation forward. You will be a key part of this exciting journey and will proactively work in the Digital Analytics & CRO team supporting with developing our digital channels.
More specifically, you will:
Take responsibility for the set up and maintenance of the measurability strategy across multiple digital channels, such as implementation, tag management and tracking.
Create easily digestible dashboards to support self-serve data for stakeholders to inform decision-making.
Provide actionable insights and develop recommendations based on measurement reporting and deep dive analysis, utilising online and offline data.
Work hands on with Google Big Query to do deep dive analyses with behavioural data.
Collaborate with the wider Analytics team across BI, CRM and Data Science on cross channel personalisation projects, throughout the customer lifecycle.
Develop a strong working relationship with the key stakeholders to ensure deliveries that are in line with expectations and the overall company strategy.
In this role, there will be a lot of development potential and you will create a large network within ICA Bank & ICA Insurance, as you will be expected to collaborate with different teams such as Marketing, Product, IT, Business to Consumer and Insurance. The position is located in our light and airy headquarters in Solna, and you report to the Chief Analytics Officer (CAO).
Who are you?
In terms of experience, we are looking for:
2+ years of experience as a Digital Analyst/Implementation Specialist.
Experience using web based and analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Big Query and SQL.
Experience working with tracking and tag management.
Demonstrated understanding of measurability and experience of implementation, with the ability to easily communicate with web / app developers.
Experience collaboration with other analytics teams and developers.
Willingness to learn and educate others within the field.
Passionate about working in a highly collaborative and agile environment.
It is advantageous if you have worked within a Bank or Insurance company, and if you have previous experience with Jira and/or MS DevOps. Experience of working in an agile organisation and understanding of the agile way of working is also a merit.

You are confident in yourself and your skills and are happy to share your knowledge. Furthermore, you have a genuine interest and follow trends regarding Digital Analytics & CRO and you are passionate about working in a cooperative and agile environment.
The role requires that you speak and write fluently in English and understand spoken and written Swedish.
