The Opportunity
Currently, we are looking for a versatile DevOps Engineer for our real-time card acquiring platform. In this position, you will be a valued member of a highly skilled and truly agile DevOps team, responsible for running and maintaining the business-critical services developed by the team - If you build it, you run it!

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Our autonomous agile teams work in a strong DevOps culture. This means that you are responsible for:
Delivering on your team's committed objectives including adapting to whatever is needed to reach the goal you and the team are committed to reach.
Securing outstanding service availability and quality.
Participate in your team's day-to-day activities including software development, operations, application monitoring, maintenance and support in addition to being an active member in our agile events like daily stand-ups, planning meetings, retrospectives and demos etc.
Collaborating with and helping developers in the team, for example by doing code reviews, participating in pair programming and by sharing your knowledge.

Who Are We Looking For
We look for big thinkers. People who can drive positive change, step up and show what's next - people with passion, can-do attitude and a hunger to learn and grow. In practice this means:
• 3 years confirmed experience in software development. You know Python well enough to write applications for production use. You are comfortable working with relational databases (SQL). You are also comfortable working with version control (using Git, for example).
Experience of working with Docker, preferably in Amazon ECS.
Experience of developing microservices (preferably both server-based and serverless).
Practical experience from working with Amazon Web Services, preferably with infrastructure-as-code via tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation. You are familiar with services such as S3, SQS, AWS Lambda, RDS and ECS.
Experience from CI/CD production deployment using Jenkins pipelines (or similar).
Experience of working with React is a plus.
Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering or another related field.
A deep understanding of software quality assurance principles (and preferably experience in test automation).
Full working proficiency in Swedish and/or English.
