We have developed a product that will eliminate the global dependency on disposable air filters. Our state-of-the-art product requires no maintenance, offers outstanding energy-efficiency and provides higher clean air quality than any other system in the market. The technology does not only clean air like no other system, but it also uses less energy when doing so.
Only seven countries worldwide meet WHO dirty air guidelines. Air pollution is estimated to cause 7 million premature deaths globally each year. Asia, Eastern-Europe and many other areas suffer from incredibly bad air quality which has little to no solution. At the same time, Europe is leading the way with their Energy Performance of Buildings Directive (EPBD), aiming to make all buildings greener and putting pressure on real estate owners to lower building emissions. All these areas present a global opportunity that requires an extreme level of grit, ownership, bold moves and flexibility.
We aim to become the new global standard in air filtration. Our ambition is to redefine how the world cleans its air - by cutting waste, reducing CO2 emissions and protecting public health.
Responsibillitys
Plan, design, and execute testing for air purification systems and components.
• Conduct performance, durability, and compliance testing (mechanical, electrical, and environmental).
• Collect, analyze, and report test data to support design decisions and product improvements.
• Collaborate with design and production teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Ensure testing meets regulatory and certification requirements for safety and performance.
• Maintain and improve lab test setups, equipment, and procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Test Engineering (or equivalent experience).
3+ years of hands-on experience in product testing, validation, or QA.
Strong knowledge of test methods, measurement techniques, and data analysis.
Experience with lab equipment (e.g., airflow measurement, particle counters, vibration/shock testing).
Ability to write clear test plans, protocols, and reports.
Effective communicator in English, both written and spoken.
Preferred Skills & Experience
Experience in HVAC, filtration, or clean tech industries.
• Knowledge of certification standards (e.g., CE, ISO, safety & environmental standards).
• Familiarity with sensors and automation of test rigs and data acquisition systems.
• Experience with reliability engineering, root cause analysis, and FMEA.
