Your experience within semiconductor fabrication techniques will be used to the fullest extent and you will experience a fast moving and busy work environment in a company with a profound team spirit and winning mentality.

Skills:
• You have profound experience in working in semiconductor processing cleanrooms (preferably, you have minimum of three years' experience). Experience from working in the MC2 Chalmers cleanroom is an advantage but not a must
• You must be prepared to learn to operate new equipment in the cleanroom and do this with great care. Over time, you should become "super user" on tools like electron beam lithography, UV lithography, dry etching equipment, different wafer cleaning equipment and inspection tools like scanning electron microscope, atomic force microscope, optical microscope and stylus profilometer. If you are already familiar with some of these tools it is a big advantage
Must have:
• You must be committed to the work and the tasks required to finishing a job. You pay attention to details while keeping the overall objective in mind.
• You are prepared to work outside normal working hours when this is needed
• You must be open about the processes you are performing, and honestly discuss issues arising while doing your work. A lot of our work is different from order to order and it is important to observe and discuss unexpected changes during the processing of each order
• You must during your work fill out process logs etc. to make sure any unexpected results with the processing can be traced back and evaluated by you and your colleagues
• You need to thrive in a busy environment where you sometimes need to work on several projects simultaneously, and where priorities on your tasks can change from day to day. Despite of this you still need to be able to stay calm and focus in the cleanroom in order to do a good job
• You are curious and eager to learn new things and convert new knowledge and skills to always deliver an excellent product
• Minimum master's degree in science or engineering
• Excellent oral communication skills in English
• Authorized to work in Sweden
• Availability no later than 3 January 2019
NIL Technology is growing and we are looking for our new colleague to join our cleanroom fabrication team in Gothenburg, Sweden.
Currently, we have 20 employees distributed between two locations in Denmark and Sweden. We are working with clients from more than 30 countries, and we are participating in a number of national and EU financed development projects. Our team consist of people with background from seven different countries and the company language is English. We are currently 3 women and 17 men, and more than 60% of the company holds a PhD degree.
We are offering a position where you will work with super advanced nanofabrication technologies, and you will develop technologies for making high tech products for clients from all over the world. You will be part of a team that takes part in realising products that most people are only dreaming about. We expect that you enjoy working in semiconductor processing cleanrooms.
