hela Sverige We are looking for an experienced leader to look after our technical development organisation in Stockholm.
Your role within our Kingdom
As the leader for a technology development location you are responsible for ensuring our technical development teams are set up for success and work in healthy ways to deliver our technical products to a high standard: The right people in the right teams, motivated to do great work with focus on quality, continuous learning and delivering value to our customers. You will:
Actively participate in Stockholm Tech Leadership
Manage and evolve the development manager structure across Tech
Build and support competent, agile teams
Recruit, coach and help the individuals achieve excellence
Lead our technical quality initiative (Calidad) across Technology in Stockholm
Take on various administrative tasks as necessary
This role will report to Isabella Olsén, Stockholm Technology Site Leader.
Skills to create thrills
Experienced leader with a passion for developing others
Technical background in software engineering
Good understanding of how to work to deliver software of great quality
Experience of managing people in multiple teams
Experience of working with performance management, including handling of performance problems
Championing and implementing agile principles
Inspiring and great communicator
Tasty bonus skills
Experience of leading leaders
Experience as scrum master
