This role is a direct recruitment, which means that the recruitment process takes place through Bravura and you are employed directly by the Echandia.

Tasks and responsibilities:
As a Developing Project Managerr for the developing department, you will play a crucial role in leading and coordinating projects across the company, ensuring successful implementation from concept to customer. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including automation, electronics, mechanical, and software engineers, is essential to develop and implement innovative solutions meeting customer needs. You'll also serve as the communication link between the development team and sales, supply chain, customers, and management.
• Monitor the entire project lifecycle in the developing department, ensuring compliance with budget, schedule, and quality standards
• Lead and manage development projects from initiation to completion
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring successful project implementation.
Education, Experience and Personal characteristics:
• M.Sc. or B.Sc. in Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
• Proficient in project management within a development environment
• Fluent in English both written and spoken
