Our development teams are growing and we are looking for dedicated and passionate Design Engineers for our Global Development Center in Hillerstorp.
In your role you will develop and design world class products and you will follow the complete product development cycle, from idea generation to industrialization. Throughout the development cycle it is important to keep mechanical performance, manufacturing methods, cost, appearance and compliance in mind. You will work in close cooperation with your Chief Engineer and other cross functional team members such as Soft Goods Developers, Project Managers, Test Engineers, Simulation Engineers, Production Engineers and Prototype Technicians.
To be able to carefully evaluate concepts we have over the last years invested in a very modern prototype workshop that allows you and your team to quickly move from idea to physical prototypes at hand.
The candidate
You have an academic degree in engineering or equivalent documented experience and a couple of years relevant work experience. You should have a good experience in design of components and systems with materials like Plastic, Aluminum, Sheet metal and Steel tubes. In addition to this you have extensive 3D/CAD experience (preferable Solid works). Meritorious consideration for those with good knowledge in PLM-system.

You like to communicate and cooperate, but can still lead yourself in your daily work. Furthermore, we believe you enjoy working hands-on when needed. About our Global Product Development Department
Globally we are over 250 engineers, with the majority working in our Global Product Development Center in Hillerstorp (Sweden). Our cross functional team consists of highly skilled and motivated members with a well-balanced variety of experiences. We are a truly global company with an international and multi-cultural team. English is the language we use in our daily communication.
We see a great future with continued passion for product development that is so vital for our growth as a company. We greatly value our working environment and offer great premises designed for product development. In our recently opened Global R&D center in Hillerstorp we have expanded with new offices, landscapes, team rooms and creative areas, but also great prototype areas including cut & sew. In March 2022 we plan for a grand opening of our 3rd big expansion of our world class test center with state of art equipment.
