iDeal Of Sweden is known for its exclusive and fashion-forward influencer design collaborations. During the past 12 months we have successfully launched design collaborations with e.g. Novalanalove, Janni Olsson Delér, Hannalicious, Debi Flügge, and Donna Romina, to name a few. Are you passionate about influencer marketing and fashion? Are you a multitasker who loves high tempo and project management? Do you have a creative mindset and simultaneously passion for KPIs and performance? If the answer is yes, then you might be the one we are looking for!
You will be responsible for iDeal Of Sweden's local design collaborations in all key markets; all the way from strategy and scouting to execution and follow-up. You will make sure all co-labs are top notch, aligned with our brand and following the set objectives in order to improve sales.
The role includes both influencer marketing & project management, where you will be involved in all parts to ensure all key milestones along the way, such as agreements, product design, marketing activities, photoshoot, event and launch plan.
The role requires an excellent sense for building networks, creating and maintaining long-term relationships, as well as outstanding organization skills allowing you to keep track of multiple projects and different timelines. Furthermore, Design Collaboration Specialist should be familiar with budgeting and managing and following-up main KPIs and P&L.
Responsibilities
• Find and contact international influencers, who are in line with iDeal's brand and strategy
• Present the co-lab strategy to potential influencers
• Be responsible for co-lab agreements and negotiations
• Help out with events and marketing activities connected to co-lab launches
• Be the project manager and ensure key milestones along the way throughout all departments involved.
• Manage multiple launches at the same time
About you
• Experience from influencer marketing, preferably within the fashion industry
• Excellent English skills
