hela Sverige We are currently looking for a Department Manager for our Structures department. Leading the department, you will be responsible for its day-to-day operation, its staffing and its future business success. You will have creative freedom in the operation and growth of the department, and will be reporting directly to our Country Manager Daniel Adin.
Main tasks
• To lead and develop the department
• Customer care and business development
• Employee management and quality assurance of ongoing projects, with 20 consultants in-house and on-site at customer location. Periodically also personnel from other parts of the Tata Technologies organization
• Recruitment and salary setting
• Be a key contributor to the Escenda Management team
Required Qualifications
• Degree from a Technical University
• Management experience with personnel and budgetary responsibilities
• Experience from , customer care and new business development
• Previous experience from a technology driven organization
• Large network within the automotive industry
• Spoken/written Swedish and English
• Driver's license and access to own car
