On behalf of our customer we are looking for a Demand planner for a long-term assignment in central Stockholm. Are you an experienced demand planner with analytical skills and SAP knowledge? Then you could be the person that we are looking for.
The role
Your main responsibility is to drive and develop the forecasting, planning and stock management solutions for all products. Another important part of the role is to take active part in the execution of the planning and forecasting process and as a member of the planning team participate in forecasting and planning operations.
Frequent travelling to our customer's manufacturing sites in Nynäshamn and Västerhaninge is required.
Main tasks
On an operative level, actively work to maximize the forecast adherenceCoordinate, drive and execute the SLOBS process (Slow Moving and Obsolete Stock)Own and administrate stock management and MRP data for central warehouse and on finished goods ABC classification, service levels, stocking policiesLead timeParticipate in CIM process and be supply chain lead on new articlesKPI follow up and reportingOptimize planning parameters in ERP system
Experience and competence
The right candidate for this assignment must have relevant work experience from planning, preferably Demand planning but if you have a background from working as a Supply-, Production planner or equivalent this will also be considered. You have SAP experience and excellent Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel. As a person you are a socially competent team player, structured and thorough and pay attention to details.
