We are aiming for creating a hub of big data and advanced analytics at ICA serving business and other development teams with development aid, data, common components and best practices. Now we are hiring a Delivery lead Data and Analytics.
The position - Delivery Lead
In the role of Delivery Lead you will be coordinating all of our deliveries from the big data and advanced analytics perspective. As part of the team you will help improve our way of working for development, CI/CD, and other processes/WoW.
You will work closely with the business to capture the initiatives we want to deliver and enable the prioritization of the same. A lot of stakeholders and relations to build and foster; managers from our companies, our Data Scientists and analysts planning the pilots they will deliver as well as plan the sourcing of data for them. You will work together with our platform responsible to ensure that the ecosystem we deliver is fulfilling needs.
You will work together with developers and teams from our different companies ensuring that we have a stable solution that helps transform ICA to an analytics-driven company.
The Big Data Team
Today the internal team is being established, so now is an opportunity to come aboard and influence ways of working. The team will consist of delivery lead, data engineers, architect and platform resources. We are today working in a DevOps manner and will continue to improve that way of working continuously.

Close to business and production, solution oriented with focus on the business. Collaboration cross company, interaction with many different teams and functions, Agile Scrum and Kanban inspired.
Your Profile
Knowledge within analytics is essential, +5 years of IT delivery experience in analytical context, experienced and skilled in leading projects and team-management.
Must be fluent in English both written and spoken!! Swedish skilled preferred.
