We are looking for a sales-minded Project Coordinator to join our German team working for the delegate acquisition of our B2B invitation only events. Your location of work can be our Helsinki, Stockholm, Berlin or Amsterdam office. This position is a great opportunity for learning marketing and sales skills, which are very valuable assets in the work life.

Success in this job requires:

• Fluent German and English language skills
• Good communication skills on the phone and email
• Marketing & sales mindedness
• An ability to work with targets and deadlines
• Keen interest to learn about the current affairs and trends in various industries
• Knowledge of the German, Austrian or Swiss markets is considered as an advantage
• Good social skills and team spirit
• Business education and some previous experience from e.g. sales or B2B customer service are considered as an advantage
