We are looking for a Dean and Managing Director who can implement JIBS strategies for entrepreneurial education & research. The Dean and MD is responsible for JIBS operations, finances & results and reports to the Board. We are seeking a visible leader who has the ability to lead the organisation, develop a dedicated management team, and create strong linkages to business and society, regionally, nationally and internationally.
To be successful in this role you need a strong academic track record and experience in strategic leadership. You should share JIBS' mission of entrepreneurship in an international context, being able to work closely with business and international academic partners. It is important that you demonstrate strong communication skills in English, and preferably also in Swedish.
Your mission includes setting the strategic agenda for JIBS, producing excellent results in business education, research and development, placing JIBS in the forefront internationally in the fields of entrepreneurship and business renewal.
