Paralegal AB, a well established supplier of legal services, is seeking to develop an exciting new market for Sweden. We fully expect M&A activities to recover during 2010 and want to be well-placed to support out clients during transactions. The use of paralegals is widespread in many other jurisdictions but is in its infancy in Sweden. We are seriously committed to the growth of this exciting and rewarding career option. If you can tick the following boxes you would well be the person we are looking for:
1. Recognised* legal qualification (e.g. paralegal or law)
2. Post qualification M&A/corporate/transactional experience
3. Excellent Swedish and English language skills
4. Data room experience
Senior DD and/or project management experience will be advantageous. As we will be pioneering this industry in Sweden, you will need truly excellent inter-personal skills and the ability to relate well to lawyers at all levels.
