DC
The DC in Eskilstuna is responsible for all H&M store distribution in Sweden. Today the DC serves 146 stores with new products and replenishment. In 2016 approximately 80 000 000 pieces were distributed by the 380 persons employed at the DC.

Role Description
As an Allocation Manager you are responsible to manage managers according to H&M values by delegate, plan and organize. At the DC in Eskilstuna you will be responsible for 7 Group leaders with groups of approximately 25 associates each. The main task is to maximize profitability, accuracy, quality, efficiency and sustainability in the department along with the DC management team.
The Allocation Manager role is a key function at the DC and you will be part of the management team and report directly to the DC Manager.

Responsibilities

Selling
Provide excellent service, best garment care at all levels, and follow up on activities

Employees
Together with HR responsible for recruiting, training, developing and succession planning for the DC associates and management team.

Profitability
Maximizes profitability through plans, budgets and cost follow up
